afternoon snack:
steamed broccoli, chopped red pepper and chopped tomatoes fresh from the farmers' market, marinated in white balsamic vinegar and cabernet vinegar. a few little green olives thrown in. a little vague on the calorie count on this but I'll give it a 200. Total so far: 590. Gotta be careful at dinner.
Just read that Michael Rae eats 1100 a day, and Liza May eats 800. I am so going to get my calorie count down, once my weight stabilizes.
