Two Minute Break

Hi commenter -- let me answer your question about who donates to the M Prize in more detail once I've surveyed more people. So far, the people whom I've spoken with aren't all that wealthy, they're just people who are very excited about the possibility of radical life-extending biomedicine, and they're willing to do something about it. They've also been very friendly, helpful, encouraging, fun to talk with, fascinating, etc. I'm really, really enjoying meeting them.

So more detail soon. For now, here's what I ate today:

breakfast -- eggwhites 140

lunch -- arugula (20) with too much flax oil ooops (90) and red wine vinegar
giant amount of soup: 4 cups free range organic chicken broth with two crowns of broccoli, 2 tablespoons brewers yeast, 1 can stewed tomatoes, 1 red pepper, a little Texas Pete -- about 250

latte with skim -- 80

dinner -- the rest of the carton of eggwhites -- 140

will probably have a glass of wine later but am fighting to stay awake so as to call M Prize donors on the West Coast in their evening, so am holding off. took my chewy calcium supplement for 20

More tomorrow... back to work!
